The Pacific High School wrestling program has had a long storied tradition of success. Since the Four Rivers Conference officially added wrestling as a conference sport in the mid 1990's, Pacific has won 12 conference championships. For 17 straight years the Indians have qualified wrestlers for the state championships and the last 15 years PHS has had at least one wrestler place at state, including four state champions (9 total dating back to the 1980's). However through all this success the Indians hadn't captured the district crown, until Saturday. The wrestlers not only won the district title but they dominated the event (team scores posted below). The Indians qualified 9 for the state tournament this weekend in Columbia MO. Congratulations to the wrestlers and coaches on a great accomplishment. Good luck this weekend at State!
